Women Empowerment & Sustainable Programs

Women & youth Economic Empowerment

With decades of internal conflict and insecurity, poverty in Afghanistan is deep-rooted and prevalent. Afghan women are at a particular disadvantage, as cultural norms and social behaviors often restrict them from leaving their homes to participate in public activities. Thus, gender equality is at the forefront of our work, and HRWMO is committed to developing Afghan women’s capacity so as to stand on their own feet and bring sustainable change in their life. Economic empowerment can save Afghan women from social violence and humility.
